Our Awards

What started as an ambition to build something different on the 8th floor of Papirøen has quickly earned recognition at the highest levels.

Within our first year, Denmark’s bartenders voted us the country’s best new cocktail bar, and Tales of the Cocktail named us among Europe’s top ten.

The momentum has only grown, with a national title in 2026 and a near-perfect score from Falstaff. Every award reflects the same thing: a commitment to seasonal craft, local produce and hospitality that speaks for itself.
