Our drinks
Our menu evolves monthly and is an expression of the landscape that surrounds us. We work closely with farms and foragers to curate our menus.
Events
We can cater to up to 120 people in our bar. We can curate a menu for your needs and we can provide a vinyl DJ as well as Asian inspired finger food to go along with the drinks.
We have a meeting room with the best view you could wish for. We can provide a screen as well as coffee and lunch. We cater to up to 12 people in the meeting room.
Our suppliers
We have our own distillery, called Mælkevejen, where we distil our own Akvavit, Gin and Vodka.

We have over 30 years of experienced and have opened bars such as Ruby and Lidkoeb, in Copenhagen.
We also provide cocktails for restaurants, providing easy to execute yet delicious cocktails. We provide these for some high profile venues such as the 2 Michelin Starred Kadeau.
