Our drinks
Our menu evolves monthly and is an expression of the landscape that surrounds us. We work closely with farms and foragers to curate our menus.
Events
We can cater to up to 120 people in our bar. We can curate a menu for your needs and we can provide a vinyl DJ as well as Asian inspired finger food to go along with the drinks.
Our suppliers
We have our own distillery, called Mælkevejen, where we distil our own Akvavit, Gin and Vodka.

Our Awards
What started as an ambition to build something different on the 8th floor of Papirøen has quickly earned recognition at the highest levels. Within our first year, Denmark’s bartenders voted us the country’s best new cocktail bar, and Tales of the Cocktail named us among Europe’s top ten. The momentum has only grown – with a national title in 2026 and a near-perfect score from Falstaff. Every award reflects the same thing: a commitment to seasonal craft, local produce and hospitality that speaks for itself.
